For this assignment, I recreated the original Lightopia Brussels website, developing an interactive and responsive web page using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This project involved carefully designing and implementing each page, from the homepage to the practical information and gallery, to enhance the user experience and mirror the original site’s aesthetic and functionality.
The Lightopia Brussels web page offers users an engaging and visually appealing experience. The homepage features smooth transitions between transparent and blue backgrounds in the header, creating a visually striking effect. The gallery is designed with a streamlined layout to facilitate easy navigation and browsing of images.
In this project, I further developed my skills in web development by creating a functional and visually attractive website. I learned to structure code efficiently and manage version control using Git, ensuring a solid foundation for the project. Additionally, I enhanced my ability to create responsive designs that work well on various devices, providing a consistent user experience across different screen sizes.
